Today I started fixing the broken images on my Homestuck blog post series (starting from part 1) and uploading from my own computer, because the MSPA web domain keeps being more and more broken. Mostly so I have something to do while bored in the last few days before my upcoming trip. That’s all!
Wait, that’s not all. I’ve decided to add a changelog.
- May 8, 2025: Updated Homestuck posts 1-14 and 1-2 (rewritten). Shit, I kind of want to resume the rewritten posts, but now’s not the right time.
- May 9, 2025: Updated rewritten Homestuck posts 3-9 (rewritten). After I finish the rewritten posts, I’ll fix the Problem Sleuth posts. How many goddamn times now have I had go through my entire Homestuck blog post series and fix shit?
- May 10, 2025: Updated Homestuck posts 10-16 (rewritten), completing the rewritten Homestuck posts, then did the Problem Sleuth posts which were basically a failed experiment. Also, I found out a way to fix an annoying problem with GIFs in my posts, where the last frame appears for only one frame. Compare these two images:

See how the second image stays on the final frame for longer? Somehow, that’s because I removed “?w=650” from the URL of the image, which I have to do manually every time, and will have to do even for my late Homestuck posts. GIFs are such a fucking stupid file format, you guys.
- May 11, 2025: Fixed classic posts 15-27, which is up to the end of the troll’s arc; a good stopping point before I leave for my trip. One thing I never appreciated until my last Homestuck reread in 2022 is how fucking awesome Aradia is. She carries the trolls’ arc for the most part with her mysterious badassery, let’s be real. If I ever continue my rewritten post series (I kind of want to), I’ll go off about her a lot more.
Actually, since I always get bored waiting to go to the airport, I decided to do a few more posts. I went up to part 33, which is the tipping point where my analysis actually started to get interesting. In my early Act 5 Act 2 posts, it’s kind of funny how much of a double standard I had about gay ships. I was completely on board with Rose/Kanaya, yet not only was I vitriolic against Dave/Karkat; I also refused to see any romantic subtext between Terezi and Vriska for some reason.
